Credits are AlpEye's single currency, consumed as you use data storage, AI labeling, training, deployment, LLM blocks, and notifications. The value each credit buys is identical to market leaders — only the price per credit is 25% lower.
Do I need a credit card to get started?
No. The Public plan is free and requires no credit card. Users who need private data and models can start a trial of Core features before subscribing.
What happens when I run out of credits?
On Core and Enterprise plans, Flex billing kicks in automatically at $4.50/credit so your workloads keep running. Flex can be disabled in workspace settings.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move between Public, Core, and Enterprise at any time as your needs change, and your data stays private on any paid plan.
Are annual Core plans really cheaper per credit?
Yes. Annual Core plans include 600 credits/year (50/month) for $59/month, versus 180 credits/year (15/month) for $74/month on monthly billing — roughly 3.3x more credits for about 20% more cost.
Do AlpEye subscriptions cover model licensing?
